Pricing questions, answered
What counts as a completed check?
A completed check is a verification session where the user finished the hosted flow and our engine produced a decision (approve, review, or decline) with the full check detail. Sessions the user abandons partway are never billed.
Do I pay for declined or fraudulent verifications?
No. You're billed only for completed checks that return approve or review. Verifications that end in a hard decline — fraud signals, tampered barcodes, or a strong OFAC match — are not billed. We don't think you should pay full price to catch a fraudster.
Is there a monthly minimum or platform fee?
No. There is no monthly minimum, no platform fee, no seat fee, and no annual commitment on Starter or Growth. You pay $0.99 per completed check, and the first 100 checks each month are free. Enterprise contracts are custom but never include a platform fee.
How does the free Starter tier work?
